Financial Consultants Company, Inc.,  was founded by Steve and Mary Kay Fleace in 1992.  Both Steve and Mary Kay have been collecting for more than 21 years and came to the decision to start their own agency to uphold their high standards for collecting.   FCCO takes pride in being able to offer clients a vastly superior collection experience. Mary Kay and Steve were able to customize their company and avoid the pitfalls they saw over the years.  Just one example of this is that FCCO does not have an automated dialer.  The automation of the phone system speeds the calling, yet when a debtor is reached, there is a delay and dead air before the debtor is transferred to a collector.  That is when the experienced debtors hang up. We hand dial all of our calls and that enables us to have a greater success rate in collecting. They built their business on hiring experienced and highly skilled employees that will ensure the highest quality and efficiency available.  The average collector at FCCO has over 13 years of collection experience with expertise at all levels of in-house and agency collections.  Our clients can depend on getting immediate and thorough attention by true professionals on all of their accounts, large or small.
